Courtney Luckett-Knight is an accomplished educational leader with more than 20 years of experience in K–12 education, including service as a teacher, instructional coach, and Assistant Principal. She is passionate about creating a positive school culture, supporting teachers through instructional leadership, and ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and personally. Throughout her career, Mrs. Knight has led school improvement initiatives, analyzed student achievement data, coordinated intervention programs, and served in various leadership roles, including MTSS team member, assistant testing coordinator, instructional coach, and head cheer coach. Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence, she believes in building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community to foster an environment where everyone can thrive.
